our kitchen
Our kitchen is licensed through the State of Maine’s Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry. While we don’t bake with tree nuts, dairy, soy, sesame, eggs, or gluten containing ingredients, or have any out while we’re baking, we have certain tree nuts, goat and sheep milk dairy products, sesame and eggs in our kitchen at other times.
We also bake with peanut butter, and while we do everything we can to decrease the risk of cross contamination, if you have a serious allergy to peanuts or other foods used in our kitchen, there’s a chance of cross contamination.
We never use gluten-containing ingredients in our kitchen. The only gluten exposure would be someone occasionally eating a meal brought in from outside on a non-baking day. Our kitchen is also free of fish and shellfish.
